10-year frame guarantee
Every frame is constructed from kiln-dried hardwood, corner-blocked and cross-braced at every stress point, using traditional coil-and-webbing construction. If a frame fails in normal domestic use within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace it.
2-year manufacturing guarantee
Covers defects in workmanship and materials — stitching, tufting, stud work and upholstery — under normal domestic use. Natural characteristics of top-grain buffalo leather (grain variation, healed scars, deepening patina) are the point of the material, not defects, and are excluded; genuine faults are put right at our cost.
What to do if something goes wrong
Email info@abbusinessadvisory.com or reply to any of your order emails with your order reference and photos of the issue. Minor issues can often be resolved in your home; anything structural is repaired or replaced. Your delivery note is your proof of purchase — keep it with your records.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these guarantees.
