8–10 weeks from deposit to delivery: 4–6 weeks of hand-building at the workshop, then around 4 weeks for shipping, customs clearance and two-person home delivery. We email you at every stage.

Every sofa is made to order — your 30% deposit commissions the build, paying for hide selection, cutting and frame construction. The balance is charged automatically to the same card once your sofa is finished and ready to dispatch, and we email you at least three days beforehand with the exact amount and date. The amount is fixed at the time of your order and never changes. If you would rather pay another way, reply to that email and we will send a secure payment link instead.

Yes. We ship delivered duty paid: we are the importer of record and settle all UK import duty and taxes before your sofa reaches you. The price you see is fully landed, and there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Free of charge and in full at any time before production begins — we email you on the day it starts, so you always know where that line is. Once production begins your deposit is non-refundable and the usual 14-day right to change your mind no longer applies, because the sofa is built to your specification (regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You would owe nothing further, though — we do not pursue the balance. Swatches, samples, gift cards and standard-specification items keep the full 14-day right, and faulty or misdescribed goods are always repaired, replaced or refunded. Ask us and we will tell you straight. Final dimensions for some models are still being signed off with the workshop, so rather than have you rely on a number that might move, email us the width of your narrowest doorway, any turns in the hallway and a photo of the route, and we will confirm before you order. Allow up to 3cm variation either way on any hand-built frame.
